A Literacy and Numeracy Model to Enhance the Independent Learning Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of literacy-numeration model in increasing educational learning independence for class teachers and students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah , Magelang Regency, Indonesia. Qualitative quantitative approaches were used as research methods. Data collected by using interviews, observation, documentation techniques. The data then analysed with hypothesis test, validity, reliability, normality, paired t-test, simple independent-test. was conducted on a subject population 43 teachers. results showed development independent education literacy numeracy models output test "paired Samples Test" yielded that Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, thus, Ho rejected Ha accepted. result suggest there is significant effect Keywords: model, education, Islamic elementary school Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas literasi-numerasi meningkatkan kemandirian belajar pendidikan bagi guru kelas dan siswa di Kabupaten Magelang, Pendekatan kualitatif kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Analisis uji hipotesis, validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji-t berpasangan, uji-independent sederhana. dilakukan pada subjek populasi sebanyak orang Ibtidaiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keefektifan pengembangan merdeka dengan literasi numerasi Berdasarkan hasil “paired Test” diketahui adalah 0,000 < 0,05 maka ditolak diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Magelang. Kata kunci: literasi-numerasi, belajar, madrasah ibtidaiyah.
